Monica Hernandez is a bilingual CEO and engineer who empowers organizations to embrace diversity and innovation. Originally from Colombia and now in Vancouver, she draws on her journey as an immigrant woman in STEM to lead Infinity Growth Corp and advocate for equity through mentorship and sustainable solutions. As host of the Materials Business podcast and speaker behind “Diversity 2.0,” Monica blends technical expertise with powerful storytelling to inspire change across global audiences.
Dr. Sharon Grossman is a mental health strategist who works with organizations that want to create a thriving corporate culture where employees feel valued, engaged and motivated to stay. Recognizing that managers playa pivotal role in employee satisfaction and retention, Dr. Grossman is passionate about transforming them into stress-resilient leaders. She leverages the evidence-based LEADS framework, which equips managers with the skills to build self-awareness, manage stress effectively, inspire their teams, and cultivate a positive work environment.
Tracey Stock, a chemical engineering graduate from the University of Toronto, Tracey began his career as a petroleum engineer with Texaco Canada. The National Energy Program shifted his path toward law, complementing his engineering expertise. As president of Ares Engineering Inc., he assesses oil and gas properties, negotiates transactions, and manages closings. A past APEGA president and Alberta Energy Regulator Hearing Commissioner, he also teaches law and business. Tracey brings a unique perspective to engineering, law, and Alberta’s evolving energy landscape.
Raegan Wheler is Managing Director of Corporate Development at Graham and a seasoned construction professional with over 20 years of experience in operations, project delivery, and strategy. A certified PMP, Gold Seal holder, and Professional Engineer, she recently completed her Executive MBA at Ivey. Raegan is committed to advancing inclusive leadership and equity in engineering and construction.
